Red Earth Kabini believe in responsible and sustainable tourism hence all the cottages are built with red mud that was originally dug up when the site was being excavated. Along with this rammed earth is used for the cottages, ensuring that nearly all materials used for the properties are eco-friendly. Hand crafted Athangudi tiles have been used for the floors, contributing to local artisans and community.

Poshini- Mainly serves Indian organic delicacies and most of it represents the region the lodge is set in.The daily menu is prepared based on the harvest of the day and guests profile.
The Wonky Monkey Café- Located on one end of the lodge overlooking the vast expanse of the Kabini water. The light food and snacks are served here.
Wetlands Bar – The Wetlands Bar is an island bar with a wraparound Verandah, situated on a water body within the property.
