Kaziranga A world heritage site located on the banks of mighty river Brahmaputra in the North East region of India – Covering 430 sq km of swamps, vast elephant grasslands making the ideal habitat not only for One Horned Rhinoceros but also sheltering Tigers and other cat species like leopard cat, Jungle and fishing cat.

This easy accessibility to wild life is the secret of Kaziranga’s growing popularity among the wild life lovers and tourists of the world. With its primeval vegetation Kaziranga presents a view of what Brahmaputra valley must have been like ages ago, before it opened up for cultivation and habitation.

Great one horned Indian Rhino, Indian Elephants, Indian Bison, Swamp Deer or Barasingha, Hog Deer, Sloth Bears, Tigers, Leopard Cats, Jungle Cats, Otters, Hog Badgers, Capped Langurs, Hoolock Gibbons, Wild Boar, Jackal, Wild Buffalo, Pythons, Monitor Lizards, etc.
Its also reckon as birders paradise and offer the regular sightings of Oriental H, Black Shouldered Kite, Black Kite, Brahminy Kite, White Tailed and Grey Headed Fishing Eagle, Great Indian Hornbill and Wreathed Horbill etc.
The large number of migratory birds including Greyleg Geese, Bar – Headed Geese, Ruddy Shelduck, Red Crested Pochard etc. visit the park during winters.


Diphlu River Lodge

Strategically located right on the bank of Diphlu River overlooking the national park on other side. The lodge is providing much needed quality services in the park.
It offers 12 individual and semi-dethatched cottages raised on stilts. The cottages are designed using the local materials and artifacts perfectly blend with natural surroundings. Each cottage has a wide folding glass opening onto a thatched verandah with cane day bed and chairs.
It has a multi cuisine dining and sitting area with large verandah.

Infinity Kaziranga Wilderness

The resort, set in the midst of a thick bamboo grove, together with a wide variety of medicinal plants and a plantation of betel nuts and fruit trees, the resort is built in this grove, blending it with the thick foliage and canopy. Its architectural design is reminiscent of old Assamese houses which were in the past, set atop bamboo stilts. A beautiful lake further enhances this exquisite resort.
The main building called the “Long House” a double-storied building with a two-tiered roof, is the main activities area. It houses a Restaurant, Reception, Spa, Shop, Library, Children’s Activities Room and Internet Cafe.
